Workforce Forums

NDS Queensland is working with Rimfire Resources and has undertaken a workforce benchmarking pilot of 50 organisations in Queensland.  The benchmarks will inform our understanding of what our workforce looks like in the State.

The interim results of the pilot were presented at the Conference.

In addition, DSQ has commissioned Infohrm Group to review the People Management Toolkit (originally produced in 2001) and facilitate Workforce Demand Forecasting Focus Groups to consider workforce requirements into the future.

An initial Focus Group was conducted at the conference. Further Focus Groups will be conducted throughout the State.
